HOW TO EAT

GUIDE FOR STUDENTS

If you’re student and have been living in a dorm for a while now you have probably had some of the following problems: stomachaches, nausea and diarrhea. Now at the time eating only junk food or ramen for weeks at a time may have sound like a good idea but now you’re constipated just praying to have no more troubles. Well, here’s a few helpful tips to get your diet and your bowels back on track while keeping you on your miniature budget. To solve diarrhea the first thing you need to do is up your intake of fibers, and no I don’t mean eating your clothes. Try some porridge, you can choose which type of grain you want or can afford and make a great meal of it with just a bit of coco powder or some dried fruits. Next you need to add more probiotics so that you can restore the balance in your stomachs microflora that you’ve destroyed with oversaturated fats and enough artificial paints and flavorings to kill an elephant. For that the best thing is yoghurt and I don’t mean the frozen sugary treat but if you’re not a fan of it you can always buy probiotic supplements at your local pharmacy and usually they’re cheap as hell. Now we’re arriving to the most important and quintessential part of a normal diet, you need vegetables. If you have some form of fresh vegies in your diet no matter if their the super expensive organic kind or the super cheap mutated ones your body will thank you.

P.S. if you also want to lose weight without the standard student way of buying something expensive and then starving yourself till you pay it off try cutting out all or at least a part of the artificial sugar in your diet. That means if you have a craving for something sweet try fruit, there are so many types of it that you’ll certainly find something that suits your taste, and avoid sodas, try sparkling water instead.
